Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga came into my life several years ago, and I mean when I say it came into my life. I did not search for it. What I love about Ashtanga Yoga that it is always there, the sequence stays the same but the practice is always different each day and it always awaits you.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois) is a dynamic system which gracefully synchronises breathing and movement. Its objective is to promote a strong flexible body and focused mind.
About Yoga classes I offer
My teaching is very much influence by my own practice and various Yoga teacher trainings I participated in. I offer Ashtanga Yoga as a Yang style of dynamic and strength. Slow Flow and Healing Movements are classes I enjoy giving a bit more time for longer holds in poses and specific therapeutic sequences. With Yin & Restore classes I create an environment for everyone to relax, rejuvenate and rest. Read more about each style below and please let me know if you have any questions.
