Yoga is a path to inner strength, inner transformation towards greater empowerment. We are all eligible to participate in the practice of yoga, and we will all benefit from that practice.

These one-to-one sessions are designed to support deep rest, mobility, and mindful movement. Each practice is tailored to your individual needs, energy levels, and intentions, combining slow, conscious movement with breath awareness and meditation.
The focus is on flexibility, joint mobility, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness, helping you move with more ease both on and off the mat.

This one-to-one offering focuses on building strength, improving tissue health, and supporting injury prevention and recovery through mindful, functional movement. Sessions are personalized to your body, lifestyle, and physical goals.
The practice blends strength-based yoga, fascia-focused movement, controlled loading, and mobility work to help you move more efficiently and confidently.

I love guiding people individually in their yoga practices. This gives a chance to deepen the practice, to develop a personalised practice and to tailor the practice to your needs. Therapeutic Yoga Sequences can help to overcome an injury or longer lasting conditions.
