Ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga is an effective sequence of poses that develops strength and flexibility and improves your overall well-being.
In this series, you will move through postures included in the half-primary Ashtanga Yoga Sequence.

Lunchtime Slow Flow
A fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, but with slower, deeper poses.
Slow Flow Yoga is an intentionally slower-paced class, aimed at helping both new students and those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga. Slow Flows give you plenty of time and space to find your breath as you warm up the body in a gentle way. Slow Flow classes often start with a short meditation (seated or another pose) which provides the space needed to gather up all your attention and to be present with how you're feeling and what you're thinking in the present moment. Slow Flow Yoga is resulting overall into a more focused practice, deeper stretches, and a relaxed mindset in class.

Ashtanga Yoga Led-class
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois) is a dynamic system which gracefully synchronises breathing and movement. Its objective is to promote a strong flexible body and focused mind.
In this class you will gradually learn and enjoy a gentle approach to the Ashtanga Sequence (Half Primary Series).

Yin & Restore
Yin and Restorative Yoga supports every aspect of the body in an attempt to relieve tension. In Yin and Restorative Yoga, props are essential to fill in the negative space under the body so that it may rest in alignment. While we also practice surrender in Restorative Yoga, it is in part a surrender to the props that are holding and supporting us. This encourages a complete letting go of effort as well as any thoughts and concept of time.

Ashtanga Adjustment Workshop
In Ashtanga Yoga, especially in the Mysore Style Practice, hands-on adjustments are one of the cornerstones of this practice. Adjustments are targeted and with a clear intention. They need to be subtle and efficient, empowering and respectful of the student’s body and energy.
In this workshop I invite you to come along and receive adjustments in your Ashtanga Yoga Practice to deepen your practice and to learn in the subtle way of hands-on adjustment a little bit more about your body and the journey of Yoga.
