Yoga for Climbers – Slow Flow

This Slow Flow class is designed specifically for climbers, focusing on releasing tension, improving mobility, and cultivating mindful body awareness. Expect slow, intentional movement that targets common areas of strain—shoulders, forearms, hips, and lower back—while building core stability and joint resilience.
We'll move with the breath to restore balance after or before climbing sessions, enhance range of motion, and strengthen the connection between body and mind. This class also includes elements of breathwork and relaxation to support recovery and mental focus on and off the wall.
Open to all levels—no prior yoga experience needed. Ideal for climbers looking to move better, feel better, and climb with more flow.
