But we also need the structual health of our body. In order to establish, re-alining and balance things, bodywork for any kind can be a major contributor to the healing process.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a full-body massage designed to bring you into a deeply blissful and relaxed state. This unique bodywork combines passive stretching inspired by Yoga with pressure applied to energy lines, drawing on traditions from Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda. Using time-honoured Thai healing methods, it helps balance the body through gentle stretches and firm pressure, promoting improved flexibility, increased circulation, and relief from muscle tension.
Unlike many Western massages, Thai Yoga Massage is performed fully clothed on a mattress on the floor—without the use of oils—making it accessible and comfortable for everyone. Clients often experience enhanced energy flow, reduced stress, and a greater sense of overall wellbeing after each session.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing by balancing the body’s vital energy. Based on the Eastern belief that this energy flows through your body, Reiki therapy is administered through gentle touch or by placing hands just above the body to guide and restore energy flow.
Many people experience deep relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, and relief from physical pain during and after sessions. Research suggests Reiki can also improve overall quality of life and support symptom relief for a variety of conditions. By promoting balance and calm, Reiki helps the body activate its natural healing processes and regain a sense of well-being.
Fascial Unwinding
Fascial unwinding is a gentle, intuitive therapy that helps release deep tension stored in the body’s connective tissue, or fascia. Through light, sustained touch and subtle guidance, the body is supported in finding its own natural movements to unwind restrictions and restore balance.
This deeply calming technique can relieve chronic pain, improve mobility, and support better posture. Many clients also experience emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a renewed sense of connection to their body. Because it works with the body’s innate healing intelligence, fascial unwinding is especially helpful for those recovering from stress, injury, or trauma.
Sessions are fully clothed and take place in a quiet, supportive environment—offering a gentle yet powerful way to release what no longer serves and return to a state of ease.
